  • Membership Management: Name, title, contact details, role, membership category (active, passive, international), billing and payment information.

  • Membership list for international members published with consent (contact data visible in the “International Members” section)

  • Billing data may be shared with tax/accounting services (if outsourced)

  • No data is shared unless legally required

  • No tracking cookies or analytics tools are used unless explicitly stated or permitted

  • Technically necessary cookies (e.g., for the contact form) may be used

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place (e.g., SSL encryption for the website, secure member management system). Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

  • Membership data: retained as long as membership exists + required legal periods (e.g., for accounting)
